Structural Steel Estimating Specialist

Overview
This role requires deep knowledge of steel fabrication, construction methods, and contract specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for to complete accurate takeoffs, review project documents, and support bid preparation for structural steel projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed digital & manual takeoffs
• Review drawings, specs, and vendor quotes
• Prepare estimate summaries and project documentation
• Ensure scope accuracy and material requirements
• Support junior estimators as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of structural steel estimating experience
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and construction
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and plan review
• Ability to interpret contract documents
• Must have stable work history

Pay: $61,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
