B-Tech with 8+ years of experience on large-scale international projects across regions including the US, UK, Canada, and the Middle East.

Proficient in BIM technology using Revit, with certification as a Revit professional being an added advantage.

Experienced in Structural Analysis and Design using tools such as ETABS, RAM connection, STAAD Pro, and other relevant software.

Demonstrated capability in team leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and effective coordination. Proficient in Navisworks, including expertise in clash detection. Experience with 4D/5D simulation and sequencing is considered an added advantage.

Extensive prior experience in BIM coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across all disciplines involved in a project. Strong knowledge of international construction standards and practices, including ACI, ASCE, and other relevant codes and specifications.

Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities, including model audits, documentation reviews, and adherence to BIM execution plans and project-specific protocols.

Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and design documentation to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project phases.

Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows, utilizing industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

Skilled in project estimation, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and preparing detailed project budgets using BIM tools and industry-standard methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
