Structure Draftsman

We are looking for askilled Structural Draftsman with proven experience in preparing structural drawings for residential and cottage-style houses. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of load-bearing systems, foundation detailing, beam-column layouts, and RCC structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate structural drawings for houses, cottages, and small-scale buildings.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure alignment between architectural and structural plans.
• Draft foundation, column, beam, and slab details with precision.
• Maintain drawing standards and file organization.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD (Essential)
• CSI ETABS
• CSI Sap2000
• CSI Safe
• Revit (for 3D visualization – optional but preferred)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in structural drafting, especially house and cottage design projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
