Job Overview

Zynergy Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Structure Engineer to join our solar energy team. The selected candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, site assessments, and designing safe and reliable structures for rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
• Experience in solar projects will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and load calculations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or related software
• Understanding of steel structures and RCC design
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis for solar installation projects
• Assess rooftop/building load-bearing capacity before installation
• Design and review solar mounting structures
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Conduct site inspections and technical surveys
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, and installation teams
• Provide practical structural solutions during project execution
• Monitor structural quality during fabrication and installation
