Student Ambassadors Program

The Washington Spirit is launching a new Student Ambassadors Program designed to bring the
creativity, culture, and influence of DMV college students directly into our club. Ambassadors will
shape how the Spirit shows up on campus, online, and across the city — driving engagement in
ticket sales, merchandise, content creation, and market insights that fuel our next era.

This is a competitive, unpaid opportunity offering exclusive access, real-world sports experience, and
the chance to influence the future of the Spirit’s brand.

We are recruiting 10–12 standout students from six key universities in DC:
  • Howard University
  • University of the District of Columbia
  • Georgetown University
  • George Washington University
  • Catholic University
  • American University

Each Ambassador is selected into one of these five specialty areas — aligned directly to Spirit
marketing needs and 2026 growth priorities.

  • Deliver imagery for Spirit social, digital, and paid channels
  • Shoot merch drops, culture moments, and student activations

2. Editing & Content Creation
  • Produce TikToks, Reels, short-form edits, and social-first assets
  • Support paid content needs by supplying raw clips and trend-driven edits
  • Help shape the Spirit’s 2026 campus-driven visual identity

3. Fashion
  • Style and support merch photoshoots and look books
  • Bring the Spirit’s culture-forward fashion identity to life
  • Assist with merch pop-ups and student model casting

4. Sales
  • Support the push toward the Single Game tickets and Student Rush initiative
  • Drive awareness for ticketing campaigns across campus
  • Build relationships with student orgs, athletic clubs, Greek life, and RAs

5. Sports
