We are seeking a dedicated and organized Student Coordinator to join our team at Smart Learn Training and Educational Institute. The ideal candidate should be proactive, approachable, and able to manage student needs efficiently while supporting the smooth running of academic and administrative functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between students, parents, and the institute.
  • Manage student registrations, attendance records, and class schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating exams, assessments, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth academic delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and communication logs for student progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, record-keeping).
  • Ability to multitask and handle student-related concerns promptly.
  • Prior experience in academic/student coordination will be an added advantage.
