JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
  • Organize and coordinate student-related events, workshops, and activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to students on various administrative processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student programs and services.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student concerns and needs.
  • Support the enrollment process by coordinating orientation sessions and campus tours.
  • Assist in resolving any student disputes or issues.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
  • Passion for supporting student success and fostering a positive educational environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or student services role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with student information systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
