Job Description

Wheelers Global Edu is looking for a Student Counsellor – Study Abroad with hands-on experience in international admissions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the UK study process and have working knowledge of Germany, Ireland, and other European destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities in UK, Germany, Ireland, and other countries
• Guide students through the entire admission process: course selection, university shortlisting, applications, and offers
• Explain entry requirements, visa processes, and documentation
• Assist students with SOPs, LORs, application forms, and interviews
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
• Stay updated with changing visa rules and university guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Overseas Education Consultant
• Strong knowledge of the UK education system and visa process
• Good exposure to Germany, Ireland, and European study pathways
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling UK CAS, visa filing, and documentation
• Knowledge of German public universities / APS process is an added advantage
• CRM handling experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
