Student Counsellor and social media expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Counsellor to support students in their academic, emotional, and personal development. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, counseling, and resources to help students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students regarding academic, personal, and career concerns
• Assist students in setting educational and career goals
• Identify students’ strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops
• Maintain confidential student records and reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student success
• Address behavioral or emotional issues and provide appropriate interventions
• Guide students on college/university admissions and career pathways

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Proven experience in student counseling or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
