Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and energetic Career Counselor / Admissions Officer for our Rashid Minhas branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective inquiries toward successful careers in Animation, VFX, and Gaming while driving institutional growth through sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions to advise students and parents on suitable multimedia and IT career paths.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads (WhatsApp/Social Media) to convert them into confirmed admissions.
• Execute marketing activities (BTL/ATL), including school visits, seminars, and community outreach within the Rashid Minhas territory.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and manage the end-to-end enrollment documentation process.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, or Psychology preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in educational sales, student counseling, or B2C sales.
• Skills: Exceptional communication in English and Urdu, strong "closing" skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Traits: Confident, pleasant personality, and a results-driven mindset.
