Position Overview

Future Serve Overseas Education Services is seeking a dynamic, smart, and proactive Student Counsellor to join our Study Abroad Project team in Peshawar. The role focuses on recruiting and counselling students for study programs in Ireland / Europe market.

The ideal candidate should be initiative-driven, a strong communicator, and capable of developing the Ireland & European market further while guiding students through the complete study abroad process.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling

• Provide personalized counselling to students and their families regarding study opportunities in Ireland and Europe.
• Guide students through the complete application process, including university selection, application submission, and admission procedures.
• Assist students with visa requirements and documentation preparation.

Ireland Visa Filing Responsibilities

• Handle Ireland student visa applications from start to submission.
• Conduct bank statement analysis to ensure financial documents meet visa requirements.
• Guide students in document preparation from relevant authorities, including: Revenue Department, NADRA, FBR, Chamber of Commerce, Bank etc
• Write and review Visa SOP / Statement of Purpose.
• Prepare and organize complete visa documentation files before submission.

2. Recruitment & Marketing Strategies

• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies.
• Promote study programs helping our office designated social media marketing manager.
• Build connections with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

3. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct research on education opportunities and trends in Ireland & European market.
• Analyse Pakistani student preferences and market demand.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the Europe study market.

4. Building Partnerships

• Establish and maintain relationships with European universities and institutions.
• Collaborate with local consultants, agents, and educational partners to strengthen the recruitment network.
• Aware of different portals.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Collect feedback from students to improve counselling services.
• Stay updated with international education trends, visa policies, and student mobility updates.

Ideal CandidateQualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (14 / 16 years) in Marketing, Education, Counselling, Business, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1+ year experience in student counselling or study abroad consultancy (Ireland & Europe market preferred).
• Experience in Ireland visa filing and documentation is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
