Student Counselor

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of career development and academic advising.
• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused personality.
• Experience in counseling or student advisory roles (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students on academic, career, and personal matters.
• Assist students in selecting courses, educational paths, and career options.
• Conduct workshops on study skills, career planning, and personal development.
• Identify students facing academic or personal challenges and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student success.
• Guide students on available scholarships, universities, and admission requirements (if applicable).
• Monitor student progress and provide follow-up sessions.
• Handle student concerns professionally and provide solutions.
• Promote a positive and motivating environment for student growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
