We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Counselor to join our passionate team at Berkeley Training & Educational Consultancy. If you are enthusiastic about guiding students and have a flair for sales and communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with students and understand their academic and career goals.
  • Provide accurate information about our educational programs, services, and application processes.
  • Handle inquiries and conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, messages, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and update student contact records and monthly sales tracking sheets.
  • Design and execute individual marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads and advertising inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or student counseling, preferably in the education sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with a good command of English.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to connect with the target audience effectively.
