Student Counselor

Job Description:

The Student Accommodation Counselor is responsible for managing student accommodation admissions and ensuring excellent resident and guest experiences through professional customer service and administrative support. The role serves as the main point of contact for students and guests, handling inquiries, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle accommodation inquiries, admissions, bookings, and room allocations.
  • Assist students and guests with check-in/check-out procedures and accommodation information.
  • Manage reservations, occupancy records, payments, and documentation accurately.
  • Respond to calls, emails, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Process financial transactions, invoices, and payment records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.
  • Support students and guests during emergencies and operational issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
