Position Summary

1 Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in Financial Services.

Start Date

Position available on or after September 15, 2025 and ending on or before May 22, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

Job Description/Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

General clerical duties.
Assist with scanning and filing.
Maintain files and filing.
Check distribution.
Record retention.
Data entry.
Mail distribution.
Running errands to other buildings & departments.
Answering email and phones, routing inquires to the appropriate staff.
Assist with logistics for various meetings and events.
Assist in greeting guests and route to the appropriate department/staff.
Assist staff with scheduling appointments and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Salary Range

$16.50 per hour.
