1. School Coordination & Seminar Scheduling
- Establish and maintain regular communication with schools for scheduling career awareness seminars and counselling sessions.
- Obtain necessary permissions and finalize dates for programs in coordination with school authorities.
- Maintain an updated list of schools, contacts, and seminar schedules.
2. Seminar Execution & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the outreach and counselling team for smooth execution of seminars.
- Represent DreamDesk at schools and assist in delivering career awareness presentations.
- Ensure all event logistics (materials, projector setup, forms, banners, etc.) are properly managed.
- Maintain professional conduct and brand representation during all school visits.
3. Student Data Management & Lead Generation
- Collect student information and feedback forms during seminars.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of student leads in Excel/CRM.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of student data.
- Generate potential leads for counselling and admissions follow-up.
4. Student Calling & Counselling Support
- Contact students post-seminar for follow-up, counselling appointments, or course details.
- Support counsellors during the admission process by coordinating student visits and documentation.
- Assist students and parents with queries related to career options, programs, and admission procedures.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly outreach reports summarizing school visits, student leads, and conversion progress.
- Maintain updated records of outreach activities, leads generated, and admission status.
- Submit reports and feedback to the Outreach Coordinator/Manager for review.

- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, Management, or Communication).

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (and Bengali)
- Confident public speaking and presentation ability while addressing students and teachers.
- Ability to engage and motivate school students during seminars.
2. Coordination & Relationship Management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with school authorities and team members.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills to coordinate events and schedules effectively.
3. Data Handling & Reporting
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for maintaining student databases.
- Attention to detail in data entry, reporting, and record management.
4. Counselling & Student Support
- Empathetic and approachable attitude while dealing with students and parents.
- Ability to assist counsellors in guiding students towards suitable career or academic options.
5. Teamwork & Professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively with outreach and counselling teams.
- Punctual, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks during field visits.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to travel to different schools.
Additional Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in education fairs, counselling events, or student engagement activities.
- Basic understanding of career counselling processes and higher education options.
- Possession of a two-wheeler or valid driving license (if travel is frequent).
- Candidates with prior experience in education counselling, school outreach, or student engagement will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
