The Prestige Network is looking to immediately hire a part-time dynamic Engagement Coordinator. The network is open to transition the right candidate to a full-time status.

Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyze data to increase student engagement. Our ideal candidate is able to interpret students’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Likewise, should be tech-savvy, able to implement online marketing strategies, and maintain all social media platforms. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, able to meet demanding deadlines, work with minimum supervision, and dedicated to ensuring student success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyze students' behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Working with sales team design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new trainings
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
  • Update Social Media Platforms
  • Update Online Platforms
  • Meet/Survey Students
  • Oversee engagement projects
  • Work with recruitment team overseeing post-grad success tracking and retention
  • Oversee Location Based Advertisements, Seminars, Projects, etc

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field Preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator/ Influencer
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Skill of Multitasking and able to perform proficiently with minimal managerial oversite
  • Knowledge of Higher-education learning structures

Bonus

  • Hourly Rate is based upon experience and expertise
  • Once cleared probation will be eligible for Bonus/Commission Pay
  • In addition will be eligible for Travel Expense as deemed necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
