About the Role

CB Tech is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to strengthen industry-academia partnerships and support student placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with companies, coordinating recruitment drives, and helping students achieve successful career placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
• Identify placement opportunities for students across various industries.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
• Organize career guidance programs, industry interaction sessions, and employability workshops.
• Assist students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career development.
• Track placement records and maintain placement databases.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
• Generate new corporate connections and placement partnerships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, business development, or student counseling is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
