Student Recruitment Counsellor / Social Media Blogger, Administrator

Based in JLT requiring Social Media Expertise and Student counselling experience - Helping students select the right university to match their study abroad option. Social Media Marketing and Design Related experiences will be prioritised.

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

This position is office based only.

Mandatory:

Previous Experience in DUBAI (not your home country) for atleast 2 years

Qualifications from Philippines with a Bachelors

Previous Experience as a Student Counsellor would be required

Previous Experience in Administrative Duties and Social media management, advertising.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Attention to Detail is an absolute must in this job
• Managing an email account and responding to emails accordingly
• Chasing up student offers with our clients on behalf of our other offices
• First line contact for queries between our clients and offices
• Updating database records
• Answering the telephone
• General office administration
• Social media management
• Website maintenance
• PA Duties to the CEO
• Monthly accounting
• Invoice chasing

Essential criteria:

• you will be extremely organised and IT literate with outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• you will be able to travel daily to JLT to facilitate the smooth running of our bespoke student recruitment events. Metro access is available
• Proficiency in computer skills must include Microsoft Office and Google suite, with no less than 3 years experience in all elements
• Organised and IT literate; outstanding comm skills; excellent telephone manner
• Managing and growing company social media accounts and paid advertising
• YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VISA OR A SPOUSE VISA AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPONSOR YOUR VISA FOR NOW

Equally important is a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, the ability to cope under pressure, adhere to deadlines and possess a calm demeanour.

Due to location own transport is essential.

Salary: 3500 AED a month
