Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Executive with proven experience in B2B engagement. The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting students through partnerships with sub-agents and educational consultants, helping the organization expand its student base effectively. This hybrid role blends remote work with occasional onsite coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit students through B2B channels, including partnerships with educational consultants and sub-agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate student leads and conversions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and partners to ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications, leads, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the enrollment process.
  • Track market trends and provide insights to support recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in student recruitment or consultancy and B2B sales.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
