Job Description  Canadian University Dubai (CUD) is looking for a passionate and proactive 
Student
Recruitment Officer to join our Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Department and Advancement Office. In this role, you'll play
a vital part in supporting the university's recruitment strategy by engaging with prospective students, developing school partnerships, and
delivering impactful outreach and recruitment activities.

Job Overview  As a
Student Recruitment Officer, you will contribute directly to CUD's student enrollment objectives. You will represent the university at
various touchpoints, from school visits to campus tours and recruitment events, while maintaining a strong lead pipeline through CRM and
supporting conversion efforts from inquiry to enrollment.  
Key Responsibilities  - Conduct school visits and
 presentations to promote CUD programs and values.
- Organize and lead engaging campus tours for prospective students and their
 families.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors and academic decision-makers.
- Represent CUD at education
 fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events across the UAE.
- Use Oracle CRM to manage leads, track performance, and execute targeted
 communications.
- Follow up with prospective students and admitted-not-registered applicants to support enrollment.
- Assist in
 planning and executing Open House events and campus-based recruitment activities.
- Provide regular recruitment performance updates
 and reports to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience - A Bachelor degree in Marketing,
 Communication, or relevant specialization.
- 2-3 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach, or a related role in higher
 education.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is essential. French is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
 (preferably Oracle) and MS Office.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel for school visits and events.
