The Gary R. Herbert Institute for Public Policy at UVU is hiring a Communications Intern to help craft messages, reports, and content that share the impact of our work. This isn’t your average campus gig—you’ll be part of communications that support projects with state leaders and policy makers.
The Communications and Social Media Intern assists the Executive Director of the Gary R. Herbert Institute for Public Policy, and the Communications Manager with: supporting, planning, and executing communications focused on student engagement in policy and politics, holding each external communication to a high-quality standard.
You’ll gain hands-on experience writing, editing, and supporting communications for initiatives that reach beyond campus and into the community. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your professional skills and contribute to projects that have a real impact.
If you’re organized, curious, and want an internship where your work actually matters, this role is for you.
Must be a current UVU student.
