Program Summary

The Sponsored Student Program aims to support and develop high-potential national talents by providing students with financial support, professional exposure, and practical learning opportunities within the banking sector. Students will gain valuable industry experience and develop the skills required to prepare them for future career opportunities.

Key Accountabilities Academic Commitment

• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 and above throughout the sponsorship period
• Successfully complete all academic requirements within the approved study plan
• Provide academic transcripts and progress updates when requested
  
  

Internship & Development

• Participate in internship and training programs assigned by the bank
• Gain practical exposure across different banking functions and operations
• Attend workshops, development sessions, and professional learning activities
  
  

Professional Conduct

• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and ethical conduct
• Follow the bank’s policies, confidentiality standards, and code of conduct
• Maintain positive communication and teamwork throughout the program
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be Qatari or Children of Qatari mother
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Successfully completed Year 2 of university
• Currently enrolled in Year 3
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 or above
