One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to clients seeking opportunities abroad. We specialize in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Student Success Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to students regarding international study opportunities and student visa pathways.
• Assess students’ academic background, financial situation, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Support students throughout the admissions and visa application process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students to ensure continuous engagement.
• Schedule and conduct consultation sessions with students and parents to address questions and provide clarity on processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress updates.
• Assist walk-in students and deliver a positive, student-focused in-office experience.
• Stay informed about admission requirements, visa regulations, and evolving education policies.
• Work toward achieving enrollment and student engagement targets set by the organization.
• Coordinate with the processing and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and supportive student journey.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in student advising, education counseling, admissions support, student engagement, or related roles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a supportive, student-centric approach.

Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
