Student Support Coordinator

· Respond to student queries via email and telephone.

· Conduct outreach to prospective students to encourage enrollment.

· Coordinate between students, teachers, and the schedule coordinator.

· Liaise with various departments to guarantee smooth operations and student satisfaction.

· Collaborate with third-party entities, including marketing agencies and payment companies, to maintain the academy’s services.

· Generate invoices and collect tuition fees.

· Facilitate program requirements for key accounts.

· Ensure students are enrolled in the most suitable programs.

· Manage Arabic Language Proficiency Tests, including arranging test sessions and ensuring certificates are issued within 48 hours.
