PART TIME- Creative boutique interior design studio seeking a highly organized, hands-on Studio Assistant to support active residential projects and upcoming March installations.
This is a fast-paced, production-focused role for someone who thrives in real working environments. You will work directly with the principal designer across studio operations and on-site installs. This is not a passive desk role — it requires physical presence, logistics coordination, and strong follow-through.
We are looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure who can step in immediately and help keep projects moving. Seeking a sharp, highly organized, and proactive assistant to work directly with the principal designer.
This is a hands-on role focused on ordering, tracking, organization, and day-to-day studio operations. You will play a key role in keeping projects structured, accurate, and moving forward.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Ordering & Tracking (Core Focus)
- Generate and manage purchase orders and invoices
- Track all orders, deliveries, and lead times with precision
- Follow up consistently with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Maintain clear, accurate records of all purchasing and project details
Administrative & Studio Support
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior design, construction, or renovation environments
- Proven experience with ordering, tracking, and project coordination
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailManage calendars, scheduling, and daily coordination
- Organize and maintain all project documents, files, and spreadsheets
- Ensure all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible
Project Support
- Update and maintain project spreadsheets, budgets, and specifications
- Coordinate deliveries, installations, and logistics
- Assist with sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes
- Maintain sample library and overall studio organization
Required Skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments

- Google Sheets / Docs familiarity

- Able to execute without constant supervision
Preferred
- Interior design studio experience
