Now we’re looking for a highly driven, dynamic Studio Manager to lead our first pre-sale with passion, establish and grow our member base, and cultivate a studio environment that feels as empowering as it is elite.

The Role
The Yorba Linda Pre-Sale Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio—the only employee until near Soft Open—driving membership growth, and ultimately leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for someone who is a hustler and is independently driven, thrives on connection, is passionate, embraces accountability, and knows how to sell a dream (until we open)!

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth & Community Engagement (100%)

• Lead the studio’s membership expansion through strategic outreach, partnerships, in-studio tours, and lots of creative community engagement.
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members to convert interest into commitment. Phone calls are our foundation.
• Build Pilates Addiction’s presence within the Orange County community through extensive grassroots marketing, such as events, partnerships, and other activations.
• Represent the brand at local happenings sharing the story, energy, and innovation that set Pilates Addiction apart.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Master the art of consultative selling, building value, trust, and meaningful connections with every prospect.

Once the studio opens…Member Experience & Retention (10%)

• Foster a studio culture rooted in excellence, inclusivity, and transformation.
• Build genuine relationships with members: celebrating milestones, recognizing wins, and elevating the member experience.
• Develop and execute retention strategies, referral programs, and member appreciation events.

Team Leadership & Recruitment (10%)

• Recruit, train, and inspire Sales Associates and Educators who embody the Pilates Addiction standard.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and consistent sales results.
• Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy environment where growth and accountability thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within fitness, boutique studios, or other membership-based environments.
• Prior studio presale launch experience is a major advantage.
• Confident, persuasive communicator skilled in building trust and overcoming objections.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals and lead by example.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily and managing leads through a CRM.
• Strong leadership background with experience recruiting and managing teams.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness and a belief in the transformative power of movement.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for events or high-traffic times.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
