Stylist - Lash Tech/Esthetician/Cosmotologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments will help enhance the overall experience for our guests, making them feel pampered and valued. Services including lash extensions, brow laminations, lash lifts and tints, facial waxing and facials.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality services, ensuring client satisfaction with each service.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing their needs throughout their visit, providing adequate follow-up care and encouraging follow up maintenance.
• Complete customer service tasks including phone calls/emails and selling memberships to new customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes hospitality and encourages repeat business.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Proven experience in guest services or customer service within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of eyelash extensions, styles, techniques etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with eyelash extensions and other services is a plus.
• A valid cosmetology license, esthetician license or eyelash technician license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
