As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Duties
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and any changes in condition.
- Provide support during therapeutic activities and group sessions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Engage with patients to encourage participation in activities and promote social interaction.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Skills in copywriting for various platforms including print advertising and online content.
- Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, B2B marketing, and advertising sales is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to project management.
