SUB Marketer/Mental Health

Job Overview
As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges. You will work under the supervision of licensed professionals to provide care, monitor patient behavior, and assist in therapeutic activities. Duties

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and any changes in condition.
• Provide support during therapeutic activities and group sessions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Engage with patients to encourage participation in activities and promote social interaction.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills

• Strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
• Skills in copywriting for various platforms including print advertising and online content.
• Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, B2B marketing, and advertising sales is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles related to project management.
