Sublimation Operator

We're Hiring – Sublimation Operator

Location: Lahore
Industry: Textile / Apparel / Weaving
Experience Required: 1-3 Years (Mandatory – Local Market Focus)

Shams & Brothers is looking for a Sublimation Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining sublimation printing machines to produce high-quality printed fabrics in accordance with production plans, quality standards, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sublimation printers, heat press machines, and related equipment.
• Load sublimation paper and fabric properly into machines.
• Monitor color consistency and print alignment.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) as required.
• Conduct quality checks before, during, and after printing.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inks, papers, and printed fabrics.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Coordinate with the design and QC department for corrections if needed.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure color accuracy and shade matching as per approved sample.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Minimize fabric wastage and printing errors.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate / Technical Diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sublimation printing.
• Knowledge of sublimation inks, transfer paper, and polyester fabrics.
• Basic understanding of color management and printing software.
• Ability to work under production deadlines.
