Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for building submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather necessary information for the drawings.
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate dimensions and verify project specifications.
- Revise drawings as required based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain an organized file system for all submitted drawings and project documents.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines for submission.
- 3-5 years of experience as a draftsman specifically in building submissions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Thorough knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all drawings.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
- Certification in drafting technology or construction documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino.
- Previous experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standards.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
