We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Submission Officer (ECO4) to manage, review, and submit all ECO4 project documentation. The role involves ensuring that every project file complies with Ofgem and supplier requirements while maintaining high accuracy and timely submission. The successful candidate will coordinate between the installation, coordination, and admin teams to ensure full compliance with ECO4 scheme standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all ECO4 project documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Verify survey reports, eligibility proofs, installer certificates, and photographic evidence
- Ensure all files meet ECO4, Ofgem, and supplier compliance requirements
- Coordinate with assessors, installers, and admin staff to gather missing documentation
- Manage and track submissions through supplier and Ofgem portals
- Handle rejected files, queries, and resubmissions efficiently
- Maintain accurate submission logs and compliance records
- Verify technical and eligibility requirements for ECO4 measures
- Conduct internal quality checks before submission to minimize errors
- Prepare reports on submission status, performance, and compliance
- Support internal and external audits with organized documentation
- Communicate scheme updates and requirements to the wider team
- Provide training and guidance on ECO4 compliance and documentation standards
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rejections
- Collaborate closely with project managers, retrofit coordinators, and installers
- Ensure customer eligibility documents are accurately validated and stored
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the ECO4 scheme and Ofgem compliance requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ECO4/ECO3, compliance, or similar administrative roles
- Excellent attention to detail and data verification skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ECO4 submission portals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility
- Capable of working independently and within a team

Timings:
Monday - Saturday (9am - 5pm GMT), i.e., 2pm - 10pm Pakistan time
