Subsea Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Subsea Co-ordinator to support the supervision, assurance, and safe delivery of all manned and unmanned subsea operations. This role works closely with senior marine and diving leadership to ensure subsea activities align with international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.

You will play a key role in audit and assurance, contractor oversight, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across subsea operations.

Mandatory

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Diving Superintendent
• IMCA Air Dive Supervisor or IMCA Closed Bell Supervisor
• Experienced HSE Top-Up Diver (Closed Bell experience preferred)
• Strong experience in subsea operations including IRM, SPM maintenance, SURF, umbilicals, risers & flowlines
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET

Preferred

• CSWIP 3.1U or higher
• Introduction to Dive System Auditing
• Introduction to DP
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Project an advantage)
