Substitute Teacher - Cypress

Compensation: Starting at $100 Daily

Do you have experience working with children? Are you flexible and able to jump right into a classroom or office?

Zenith Learning seeking substitutes for various schools/campuses throughout the area with a focus on campuses for Pre-K through 3rd grade.

Assignments may include classroom, teaching assistants, clerical, cafeteria, and more. Must be flexible, have reliable transportation and experience with children.

Approximate hours 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (based on campus assignment) Assignments scheduled based upon geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment for students.
• Supervise and engage with children to support their educational and emotional needs.
• Implement lesson plans left by classroom teacher
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class activities.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management skills
• Proven experience working with children in educational settings
• Effective communication abilities to engage with students and staff
• Background in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Experience in special education and working with diverse learning needs
