Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors TrainerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on SAP SuccessFactors modules. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring learners, providing hands-on system training, and enabling participants to gain practical, real-world knowledge of cloud-based HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom and/or online training on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, develop, and update training materials including presentations, system demos, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide functional and configuration-level training on SuccessFactors modules such as:
• Employee Central
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Performance & Goals
• Compensation
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Succession & Career Development
• Explain SuccessFactors architecture, provisioning basics, and role-based permissions (RBP).
• Conduct hands-on labs covering data models, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Guide learners through real-time scenarios, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Support trainees with assignments, assessments, projects, and interview preparation.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and implementation of at least one core module (preferably Employee Central).
• Good understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR business flows.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP ERP/S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex HR and system concepts clearly.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prior experience as a trainer, consultant, or functional mentor is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
