- Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes and system requirements, document functional specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Key Configurations in Employee Central modules - Employee Data Management, Position Management, Organizational Structure, Workflows, Business Rules, Event Reason Derivations
- Strong knowledge of EC data models, workflows, business rules, foundation objects, role-based permissions (RBP), and MDF
- Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable system solutions.
- Manage data, including templates, transformation, validation, and upload via Import Tools.
