About the Role
As our SuccessFactors IT Analyst, you are part of the HRIT transformation journey, expanding our SuccessFactors capability and ensuring our systems truly work for our people. You take ownership of the Employee Central (EC) module, managing incidents, small enhancements, and change requests with confidence and curiosity. You see patterns in data, understand processes, and turn technical challenges into meaningful improvements.

You also dive into some of our most exciting SuccessFactors projects, from Payroll data integrations and TimeOff implementations to SAP Joule, Workzone, and Story Reporting. You report to our global HRIT Lead and work closely with our Solutions Architect and Lead Data Specialist to deliver solutions that make a difference.

You, like us, believe technology should enable better decisions. You're not a "ticket closer", you're a curious problem-solver who enjoys working directly with business users, understanding how things really work, and building elegant, scalable fixes.

What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?
You are self-driven and comfortable working independently yet thrive in close collaboration with both IT and HR stakeholders. You love getting into the details, data structures, configuration, process logic and you take pride in translating complexity into clarity.

You've worked with SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally across multiple countries, and you understand the end-to-end flow of HR data. You enjoy learning new modules and features and stay curious about what's next, whether it's TimeOff, Reporting, or new tools like SAP Joule.

This role is for someone who enjoys freedom with responsibility, there's space to experiment, to improve, and to grow. Whether your path leads to Solution Architect or HRIT Project Manager, this role gives you the foundation to build either direction.
