Sugar Wax Specialist

Position Summary

Do you have a knack for turning hairy situations into smooth endings? Are you a licensed esthetician who’s spent at least a year sweetening lives one sugar strip at a time? If so, we need your sugar-coated skills!

As our resident Organic Waxing Specialist (a.k.a. Sugarista), you’ll be the hero of hair removal, the champion of smoothness, and the master of making sticky situations... less sticky. You'll transform even the most hesitant of clients into lifelong fans with your charm, precision, and ability to distract them with funny anecdotes mid-pull. Plus, you’ll be part of the hottest (and stickiest) trend in all-natural beauty—because who knew removing hair with sugar could make people so darn happy?

Lifts and laminations and vajacials oh my! We don't stop just at the sugar, we offer the sweet indulgence of vajacials after your service. Lashes need a lift? We've got that covered too!

What You’ll Do:

• Select the ideal sugar consistency to smooth things over for our clients.
• Use your sugary superpowers to whip up perfect paste and remove unwanted hair like a pro.
• Conduct sugar waxing sessions with grace, speed, and the confidence of someone who knows their way around follicles.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by assuring clients that, yes, this will hurt a bit but only for a second—and it’s totally worth it!
• Be the bearer of good vibes and mild distraction during "those" moments (we salute you, Brazilian bikini fans).
• Offer skincare advice that’s so good, clients will wonder if you moonlight as a dermatologist.
• Educate clients about aftercare, because their skin will be so soft they might get hugged by strangers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed esthetician with at least 1 year of sugar waxing experience (a true Sugar Jedi).
• Someone who knows how to make their clients feel like royalty even if they’re mid-scream.
• Excellent attention to detail—you see every hair as a personal challenge.
• Obsessed with keeping your workspace cleaner than a freshly waxed leg.
