As an Information Technology Intern, you’ll work with cutting-edge cloud security and infrastructure technologies, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and contributing to projects that enhance our digital resilience.
Responsibilities:
As an Information Technology Intern, you’ll be assigned to teams focused on secure access and virtual infrastructure. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting in the configuration and policy management of gateways.

Supporting secure web gateway operations including URL filtering, SSL inspection, and traffic analysis.

Troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
-
Applying zero trust principles to segment applications and enforcing secure access controls.

Provisioning and managing virtual machines in environments
-
Monitoring and optimizing virtual machine performance across CPU, memory, disk, and network resources.

Supporting backup and recovery operations using snapshotting and disaster recovery tools.

Writing basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based security gateway and virtualization platforms.

Exposure to zero trust architecture and secure access technologies.

Practical knowledge of virtual machine lifecycle management and performance tuning.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
