Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Strategic Procurement:

Rookies will assist in optimizing indirect spend through conducting category spend analysis, supporting the development and execution of category sourcing strategies, implementing sourcing projects (RFI/RFPs), and executing contracts globally. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
Relocation assistance provided.
Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
