KidSpirit’s mission is to provide positive youth programming that helps children and young adults thrive. Through physical activity, science exploration, creative arts, and a strong social-emotional curriculum, KidSpirit serves youth ages 2–18. High school and college student staff deliver these experiences while participating in an experiential professional development program that prepares them to become confident leaders in the workforce. KidSpirit is one of the few summer programs in the Willamette Valley offering extended care options, and it invests 19 hours of high-quality pre-summer training to ensure safe, engaging, and equitable programming.
