About the Role

As a Summer Camp Administrative Intern, you'll work closely with our Academy Management team, supporting both administrative operations and daily summer camp activities. This role combines office work with hands-on interaction with children and teenagers, making it perfect for anyone interested in education, youth programs, administration, or event coordination.

What You'll Do

✅ Assist Academy Managers with daily operations, attendance tracking, and schedule coordination.

✅ Support and supervise children and teens during classes, activities, breaks, and transitions.

✅ Welcome parents during drop-off and pick-up while helping answer routine inquiries.

✅ Perform administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and handling phone calls and emails.

✅ Help maintain a safe and organized camp environment and assist with basic incident reporting when needed.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Current university students or recent graduates from any field.

✔ Energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with children and teenagers.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

✔ Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, babysitting, camp counseling, or youth activities is a plus—but not required!
