
Job Requirements

Support day-to-day departmental operations through administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks across functions

Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Contribute to periodic activities such as month-end processes, performance tracking, or project follow-ups depending on the function

Collect, organize, and validate data to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on tasks, action plans, and deliverables

Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls

Provide support on ad-hoc assignments, research tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or related discipline)

Expected graduation within the next 1–2 years

Strong academic performance and willingness to learn in a professional environment

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive mindset with a willingness to support team activities and take initiative
