Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during camp activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times.
• Lead a variety of recreational activities including sports, arts and crafts and outdoor adventures.
• Manage group behavior through effective behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement.
• Provide first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, tutoring, or camp environments is preferred
• Passion for working with kids and fostering their growth through engaging activities in a safe environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with energy, patience, and enthusiasm
