NE1 Dental is a general dental clinic in Minneapolis. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients with an emphasis on inclusivity. We have an opportunity for a paid summer internship at our practice for dental assisting. We do most procedures in-office, so there will be a wide variety of learning experiences.

General Goals and Duties:

• Learn about and gain competency in dental assisting
• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Greet and prepare patients for dental examinations and treatments, helping them feel at ease
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment for procedures
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, anticipating their needs and providing support as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
