In an effort to achieve department and corporate goals and objectives, the Intern is responsible for clerical and administrative support for management and staff and to provide assistance with special projects and assignments as requested.

Provide support to management and staff in an effort to gain experience and to understand basic concepts. (95-100%)

Internship-Specific Duties

Support the Business Development department with marketing, events, and outreach projects that contribute to company and agent growth.

Assist in creating basic content, design materials, and communications for internal and external use.

Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and other departments to complete assigned tasks and gain exposure to different business functions.

Provide administrative support such as organizing project files, preparing materials, and assisting with event logistics.

Complete a culminating internship project aligned with the intern’s skills, interests, and HomeServices growth strategies.

Qualifications
Education:

Minimum high school equivalency diploma
Experience

At least one year administrative support experience preferred, but not required
