About the Role:
YOOCHA MATCHA is looking for a friendly and organized intern to support our sales team with daily tasks and help keep things running smoothly. This role is a great opportunity to learn about sales operations and gain practical experience in a F&B industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help prepare quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Assist with booking courier services and tracking shipments
- Support order processing and client communications
- Answer simple questions from clients and help qualify new leads
- Keep client information updated in our CRM system
- Help manage stock levels and organize sales reports
- Provide support during company events and meetings
- Assist with sending announcements and arranging team meetings
What You’ll Learn:

- Using CRM tools and handling sales data

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic; both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
