Duties

• Assist lead instructors in delivering curriculum-based lessons across robotics, math, English, coding, and AI topics
• Support students during hands-on activities, encouraging active participation and problem-solving
• Help prepare educational materials and learning resources tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior management
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce concepts such as algebra, geometry, calculus, data structures, and machine learning
• Facilitate discussions on topics like trigonometry, organic chemistry, microbiology, genetics, anatomy knowledge, and biochemistry
• Use learning technology tools effectively to enhance lesson delivery and student understanding

Requirements

• Strong background in STEM subjects including mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus), computer science (coding, data structures)
• Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse age groups and learning styles
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and working with children or students of varying abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills and educational software applications
• Knowledge of special education needs and early childhood education is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners
• Prior experience in tutoring or classroom experience is highly desirable
• Passion for education technology like learning platforms or interactive tools
