Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing staff, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
  • Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle payroll tasks accurately and on time
  • Drive sales by promoting products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Assist in interviewing and selecting new team members

Skills

  • Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to lead a team and provide guidance when needed
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
