Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble sunroom structures.
• Erect metal building frameworks using metal stud framing, steel supports, and other structural components.
• Prepare concrete foundations and perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure solid bases for sunroom installations.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively during construction processes.
• Install siding, trim carpentry, stucco, roofing, and other exterior finishes to create durable and aesthetically pleasing sunrooms.
• Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, masonry work, framing, drywall installation, plastering, and restoration tasks.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while managing multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Skills

• Extensive experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco applications.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles.
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including woodworking), and trim carpentry.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely along with power tools such as saws, drills, welders, and other construction machinery.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices combined with hands-on experience in remodeling and restoration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high-quality standards.
